If you do not receive an email with your ticket(s) after purchasing, please check your spam folder. If the tickets are not in your spam folder, we can look them up at the swap. As long as you received a receipt, your tickets will be in the system. If you did not receive a receipt, there is a good chance there was an issue with your PayPal transaction.
